No doubt, product works great, really happy with it. I think they should just be more transparent with their 2 yr subscription thing. The invoice said 2yr subscription is free, while it meant only the first quarter is free ; and you have to pay for the remaining 7 quarters. Its kind a sneaky way of getting it through. I would have appreciated them to be affront about it and not hide behind complex lawyer language. This just hurts their brand. The product will sell for itself , they don't need these tactics to sell consumables.

- Works very well works as advertised
Cons:
- Subscription service is sneaky and unnecessarily complicated
Preferred solution: Apology

No complaints! I had maggots in the Lomi because I was waiting until full enough to turn on. Customer service suggested to turn it on fast mode then add more produce to it later to use garden eco mode
